Hi! I am diabetic and young- so I have decided to cut out all sugar in my diet- its a challenge but I definately can see a difference...I use agave as a sugar substitute and stay away from pasta, bread and carbs....
I am excited to be a part of this community.

eating fish is very important, i know its a little pricey, but oh' so benificial to your health, you should try to eat fish at least three times a week if not more, you can also use the oils/fats from your fish'"salmon oil is good"
use it on your skin,hair and in other foods, dont let any fish go to waste, discard all your extra fish to your animals, it all benifits your garden to'wow'
BEETS- eaten once a week is proven to help kidney function our doctor tells me. thats all ive got for now, *stay healthy and eat that fish and oatmeal and walk and smile everyday*
