It's a beautiful spring day
I'm at my desk trying to work, but I keep getting distracted by the scene outside my window. After an overcast and kind of gloomy weekend, today dawned bright and sunny. Everything looks so fresh and new. Nature's celebration is unfolding before my eyes; a cardinal couple performing their flirty courtship ritual of swooping and singing is so alive and happy. The fragrance of the honeysuckle wafts through my window, taking me back to my childhood...
While it may be distracting, it sure does work wonders on my normal Monday doldrums! So how is your week shaping up?
