Mini Goal - for 3/12
I decided last week that if I satisfy two things I will be rewarding myself - within reason as follows:
1. If I workout Wednesday (3/12) in the AM before work
and
2. If I hit my 10% weight loss goal (2 lbs away)
I will be having Mild Buffalo Chicken Wings for DINNER - along with a salad, of course!
One of the hardest things for me has been not to have my Chicken Wings - I was on Atkins for so long and they were one of the things I always ate and now - no way - too high in fat and calories - but I will count them and enjoy them!
If I happen to not satisfy one of the above - this goal will be put forward a week!
