My kiddo is now 9 months old and I am so tired. It's so much fun being a mom, but I need some ideas about staying healthy. I can feel my immune system struggling at times and don't want to let myself get sick. I take some awesome vitamins, but I know that's only part of it.
Wanting to hear your favorite ways to stay healthy and get fit while trying to keep up with the little ones. Thanks!
