Politics... If you don't like it or can't handle it best become self employed! Sounds a bit mean and nasty however it is a reality.
Many colleagues and employees complain that politics seems to play a greater role in career success than does competence to do the job. Research shows that successful managers (those promoted) spend almost half of their time...
