It's Saturday evening and despite the aching muscles, I feel great! I made a list of goals for the week and one by one I am getting them done. I am so HAPPY because the changes I am making are bringing my family closer together. We are planning meals together, cooking together, playing catch together, and being active together. It's been great. I am finding that posting my goals here for everyone to see REALLY helps motivate me. I want to be SUCCESSFULL so I am trying hard. I KNOW I can do this. I AM doing this! I even jogged to the school where I played catch with my son and back home afterward. I have more to give in my workouts and in my home life. I can work harder. I am going to set an aggressive goal to weigh 173 by Christmas. That's about 20 lbs a month, 5 lbs a week. I BELIEVE I can do it. I hope all of you are celerating your successes. I still have alot more work to do on getting organized. I need to ORGANIZE my day. Find a daily schedule that works, that is balanced, and then make it my number one priority to stick to it. Wish me luck! I have struggled with this for years.
