Yikes! Colic!

This colic business is for the birds! My six week old cried last night for 4 1/2 hours. Nobody wants to be around her and so that leaves me...with no relief! I don't mind cyring but this is ridiculous. I feel helpless to listen to her and at the same time I so extremely exhausted emotionally becasue she really doesn't need anything but as a mom you want to be able to sooth her crying. To top it off she is a breath holder so when she gets going she turns beet red and holds it which is kind of scary. The house is still a mess and my diet isn't going so well. I have been getting out to walk. I walked 2.5 miles on Staurday and 3 miles yesterday. Today it is a bit windy and there is a little chill in the air that I don't want to take the baby out in. The last thing I feel like doing now that she is taking a nap is scrubbing toilets and mopping floors. So instead of doing something productive, I am sitting in front of the computer. Maybe someone is in the same boat. I would really like to have more energy to be able to function once this baby actually sleeps. I made alist today of things that need to be done. Maybe a check off system will help me.

Saturday I went for a two hour walk around my town
